Hybrid role with 3 days on site and 1 day remote Job Requirements: Take full ownership of the companies wellbeing platform and employee engagement with wellbeing initiatives. You will also have ownership of CF's chronic condition management & prevention programme as well as Physical demands analysis. We would then take this analysis and work with our client to determine the best functional health testing needed to ensure current and incoming workers are "fit for work". We would perform this testing as part of new hire, annual physicals, and return to work processes. This will be a varied role which will involve undertaking workplace assessments and reporting on potential risks to health. You will undertake health surveillance, preemployment and fitness for work screenings where appropriate.
