Leading and supervising a team of control and instrumentation engineers, technicians, and designers in the execution of projects.
* Develop project scopes, schedules, and budgets for control and instrumentation engineering tasks.
* Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for proposed control and instrumentation solutions.
* Coordinate with other engineering disciplines, such as electrical, mechanical, and process engineering, to integrate control systems into overall project designs.
* Collaborate with vendors and contractors to procure control hardware, software, and instrumentation components.
* Perform detailed engineering calculations, simulations, and analyses to validate control system performance.
* Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations in the design and implementation of control and instrumentation systems.
* Provide technical guidance and support to project teams during construction, commissioning, and startup phases.
* Stay updated on emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in control and instrumentation engineering.
* Work activities will include both project and proposal work where both the technical approach and continuity must be aligned.
* Work activities for both projects and proposals will be executed across all phases of projects including Conceptual Studies; Procurement through to Commissioning.
* Projects and proposals are for process plants and facilities across the Chemical; Oil and Gas; Project work will include the development of Instrument Engineering deliverables as required on a project-by-project basis.
* Project work as the functional Lead Engineer for projects as required by the C&I Group Manager.

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, or related field. Proven experience in control and instrumentation engineering, with a focus on industrial projects.
* Strong technical expertise in control system design, programming, and implementation using PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), DCS (Distributed Control Systems), SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition), and other relevant platforms.
* Proficiency in instrumentation selection, specification, calibration, and troubleshooting for various industrial processes.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Familiarity with project management principles and tools.
