Do you have a good attention to detail? Attega Group is currently partnering exclusively with our client in recruiting an Accounts Administrator. The main purpose of this role is to be a key support role for a number of essential transactional activities within the Finance department and offers an opportunity to learn many different skills. In return, our client is offering a salary of up to £26,000 P/A, depending on experience, plus 25 days holiday P/A, Pension, Free Parking, optional 1pm finish Friday ( request when starting) This is a full-time, permanent/ The hours of work will be Monday – Thursday 08:00 16:00, Friday 08:00 – 15:30. Reporting to the Service Management Accountant your responsibilities will include:

  • Receiving and processing customer orders onto Baan.
  • Requesting additional information from customers as and when required.
  • Creating new customers on the system when orders are received.
  • Carrying out credit checks on new and current customers where required.
  • Raising any credit notes when required.
The ideal candidate:
  • At least 1 year experience in a admin/finance based role.
  • High level of attention to detail whilst working through a high volume of work.
  • Team player.
  • Qualifications at GCSE level or above.
