We are seeking a digitally savvy Account-Based Marketing (ABM) specialist to join our growing commercial team. Designing and executing targeted content and initiatives for strategic accounts and key decision-makers, utilising the full range of marketing channels and tactics. Working closely with our sales and marketing teams to ensure a fully integrated, data-driven approach.
You will be responsible for a diverse range of account-based marketing related activities, including gathering marketing data around focused accounts via research, co-ordination with other departments and analysis.
Create and execute multi-touch account-based marketing plans that focus on demand generation and deal acceleration initiatives to help achieve commercial goals.
Deliver account research and analysis to drive ABM tactics.
Build and maintain account lists, segmentation strategies, and engagement plans.
Produce targeted materials and messaging, including customised collateral to support the sales teams across the entire sales cycle, based on account intelligence.
Plan and execute small scale events (lunch learns, breakfast meetings or webinars) for targeted accounts.
Measure and report on the impact of ABM campaigns to support overall pipeline and revenue goals.
Partner with Marketing, SDRs and Sales to build integrated campaign motions
2+ years of experience in account-based marketing or similar field, with the desire to learn more about account-based marketing.
~ Experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns using digital tactics, events, webinars and emails as well as content creation.
~ Excellent communication skills including the ability to develop, and repurpose, written sales and marketing copy.
~ Strong project management, time management, prioritisation, and organisational skills.
~ Demonstrated ability to achieve results working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams.
~ CRM/marketing automation background, preferably HubSpot.
~ Experience working with UK security or emergency services clients, a bonus
Up to £38,000 depending on experience.
