As Head Host/ess, you will lead the front-of-house guest experience in our restaurant, ensuring every guest receives a warm and seamless welcome from arrival to departure. Your leadership and coordination will set the tone for exceptional hospitality.
Lead and inspire the host team to deliver genuine, polished, and memorable guest experiences
Welcome and engage guests with professionalism and warmth, embodying Hyatt’s care and hospitality standards
Liaise closely with restaurant management, culinary, and service teams to ensure smooth daily operations
Coordinate with other hotel departments to accommodate special requests and VIP experiences
You are an experienced hospitality professional who thrives in guest-facing environments and takes pride in leading by example. Previous experience in a supervisory host role within a premium dining or luxury hospitality setting. Benefits Of The Head Host/ess Role Include
