Key Responsibilities

As a graduate BI Developer, you’ll support in designing and implementing new solutions and developing a robust reporting system using Microsoft Power BI. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Design and Development : Craft and maintain advanced reporting systems to aid strategic decisions.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with management and various teams to refine reporting scopes and implement tailor-made report solutions across different functional and business areas.
  • Data Modelling : Develop high-quality data models, transformations, and visualisations based on comprehensive source data.
  • Security Management : Manage user access and rights within reporting modules, ensuring data security and integrity.
  • Continuous Improvement : Actively engage with report users to implement modifications, resolve issues, and adapt to organisational changes and needs.

Who Are We Looking For?

The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate in Accounting, Computer Science or similar, with a keen interest in data science. In addition:

  • A problem-solver with exceptional analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, Power Query, VBS, macros etc)
  • Effective communicator for cross-functional collaboration and idea articulation.
  • Great organisational skills with an attitude for working within a diverse global team.
  • Prior experience with PowerBI would be great, but not essential.

Our Working Environment

We offer a hybrid working environment, requiring at least 3 days a week at our office in Leeds for collaboration and team meetings.
