Staying on top of compliance and regulatory requirements (we’ve got your back here too).
Building long-term relationships with clients by offering ongoing support and guidance.
Keeping your knowledge fresh and sharing what you learn with the team.
Collaborating with a supportive, driven group of people who genuinely want to make finance better.
✅ Has at least 2 years of experience as a Mortgage Adviser (broker, IFA or estate agency).
Is comfortable with tech and excited to use tools that help you spend more time talking to customers and less time doing admin.
Thrives in a fast-paced, remote-first environment where you can take ownership and run with it.
Loves helping people—especially when it comes to something as important as buying a home.
