We are currently recruiting for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team and provide crucial support to children with challenging behaviors. This is a full-time, long-term position, with an immediate start date. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will collaborate closely with students who have special educational needs, focusing particularly on those with behavioral challenges. Your role will be pivotal in establishing a safe and nurturing environment where these children can flourish. Responsibilities will include providing one-on-one support, aiding with educational activities, and implementing effective behavior management strategies.
Previous experience working with children with SEN, particularly those with challenging behaviours.
● Relevant qualifications or training in special education needs support.
Competitive daily rate of £90-£100.
