Are you an experienced Front Office Shift Leader/Assistant Front Office Manager looking for your next challenge?
Working with the Front of House Manager ensuring the smooth management of the department
days and nights
Supporting the Front Office Manager by encouraging a culture where friendly and efficient service is delivered consistently
Carrying out float checks and handling all cash transactions accurately throughout the shift including the issue/use of safety deposit boxes
Ensuring all policies and procedures are followed, consistently
Assisting the Front of House Manager with the smooth running of the department, including supervision and training, conducting regular job chats and supporting the team to deliver exceptional standards
Participating in Duty Management shifts and supporting the Front of House areas, including Food & Beverage, as required.
Supporting the Night team by covering holidays and absence, as required.
This is a 4 on 4 of shift pattern, which includes weekend work
.
Shift Leader/similar, with excellent knowledge of departmental procedures and systems, e.g., Aproven track record with senior supervisory experience in a quality hotel
Ability to effectively manage the department in the absence of the Front of House Manager and cover a variety of shifts, depending on business needs
