Our Retirement team work with some of the largest occupational pension schemes in the UK. Advising on both Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution schemes, we tackle complex challenges every day and make a real difference to active and retired employees across the country. On our eight-week internship, you’ll do more than experience it – you’ll help us deliver it.

This is the perfect opportunity to understand what you could expect if you joined our trainee consultant programme the following year. Many of our interns return as permanent team members after graduation.

We’re open to hybrid working for this role, which means blending working at home with at least three days in the office, collaborating with the people around you and learning from your colleagues.
