Role Overview : As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable systems that support mission-critical applications. You'll work on greenfield projects, collaborate across multiple departments including development, IT, and trading teams, and ensure the seamless operation of systems in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. Key Responsibilities : Architect and implement reliable systems to support the firm’s trading infrastructure. Proactively manage infrastructure, ensuring system reliability, scalability, and performance. Collaborate with development, IT, and trading teams to drive automation and continuous improvements. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance systems. Required Experience : 4+ years of experience in a DevOps or SRE environment. Proficient in one or more programming languages such as Python, Go, Ruby, or Perl. Strong experience with Linux system administration. Hands-on experience with observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Thanos, and the ELK stack. Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, and GCP.
