Job Title: Financial Systems Analyst

Location: Basingstoke | Salary: Up to £60,000 | Contract Type: Full-Time

As a Financial Systems Analyst , you’ll be working closely with the Financial Systems team to support day-to-day operations and deliver impactful finance technology projects. You’ll have the opportunity to develop and implement new, cutting-edge systems that drive efficient financial reporting and business processes across the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and enhance financial reporting systems for quick and accurate management reporting
  • Extract and analyze data from various platforms such as Elite Enterprise, Aderant Expert, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and Power BI
  • Manage routine reports, month-end and year-end tasks with precision
  • Suggest and implement improvements to streamline reporting and business processes
  • Document and provide training on financial systems and processes
  • Collaborate across teams, contributing insights and recommendations to improve operations

What You Bring:

  • Proficiency in Excel and T-SQL/SQL Server Management Studio
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Experience working under pressure with a focus on meeting deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with staff across all levels
  • Experience with systems like Elite Enterprise, Aderant Expert/Expert Sierra, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and Power BI is a bonus
  • A background in legal or professional services is desirable, but not essential
