About Us: At our school, we are dedicated to providing exceptional support and tailored education for students with a range of SEN. We believe in creating a nurturing and inclusive environment where every child is valued, supported, and encouraged to reach their full potential.

Position Available: We are currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Psychology Graduate to join our team for an immediate start. Assist in the assessment and monitoring of student progress, providing valuable insights to inform intervention strategies.

Provide one-to-one or small group support sessions to students, focusing on social, emotional, and academic growth.

Build positive relationships with students, parents, and caregivers to ensure holistic support and continuity of care.

Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field.

Passion for working with children with SEN and a desire to make a difference.

Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of students and the school community.

Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one) and relevant safeguarding training.

have previous school experience and be familiar with the SIMS system
- Hold a child workforce enhanced DBS certificate which is on the update service, or be willing to apply for a new one (costs refunded back to you when you complete 20 days work)
-Have the legal right to work in the UK.
