Senior Reward Partner – Global FTSE Organisation Location: Oxford or London (weekly travel would be required to Oxford - Hybrid working)
£75,000 - £100,000 + 15% Bonus
Fixed Term Contract - Must be able to start in January 2026
We are representing a prestigious FTSE‑listed company seeking a Senior Reward Partner to take ownership of reward strategy and delivery across multiple divisions. This is a high‑impact role where you’ll combine strategic leadership with hands‑on execution, working closely with senior stakeholders to shape reward frameworks that drive performance and engagement.
Act as the divisional reward lead, advising senior leaders and HR partners on all aspects of reward.
Ensure divisional priorities are represented in group‑wide reward planning.
Partner with HR and business leaders to influence workforce planning, organisational design, and talent initiatives.
Lead annual reward cycles including pay reviews, bonus schemes, and compensation planning.
Oversee incentive plan design and management, from target setting through to performance tracking.
Deliver benchmarking, salary range development, pay reviews, and reporting (including Gender Pay Gap).
Act as the main point of contact for divisional reward matters, liaising with HR, finance, and legal teams.
Lead data validation and support system implementation projects.
Track external reward trends and regulatory changes to ensure competitiveness and compliance.
Analyse internal and external data to provide evidence‑based recommendations.
Contribute to the evolution of reward frameworks and policies, ensuring they meet divisional needs.
Experience in a reward partner or equivalent role within a global organisation.
Ability to interpret complex financial metrics for incentive design.
Skilled at building trust with senior stakeholders and influencing at all levels.
