Senior Client Services Manager – Estates & Facilities Location: Birmingham City Centre Sector: Real Estate / Facilities Management Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences in a dynamic, high-profile estate environment? We’re looking for a Senior Client Services Manager to lead front-of-house operations, build strong occupier relationships, and ensure seamless coordination across facilities and estate services. What You’ll Do Be the front-line face of the estate , acting as the key contact for occupiers and visitors. Lead front-of-house, reception, and concierge teams , ensuring a professional and welcoming experience. Build and maintain strong tenant relationships , resolving service issues and driving engagement. Coordinate with FM, security, cleaning, and maintenance teams to deliver a smooth operational experience. Champion service excellence , monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Manage budgets, reporting, and service delivery metrics to ensure value and efficiency. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in client liaison and tenant engagement within commercial property or estates. Strong background in customer service leadership , managing front-of-house or customer-facing teams. Skilled in FM coordination , with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and stakeholders. Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills, with the gravitas to influence at all levels. Results-driven, KPI-focused, and motivated to deliver service excellence every day.
