Our client a multi-disciplinary consultancy based in Huddersfield are actively recruiting for a Building Surveyor on a full time, permanent basis. They provide Architectural, Project Management, Building Surveying, Engineering and principal designer services but not limited to this. This consultancy delivers a variety of projects of values up to £30M, from small to large scale refurbishments, retrofits, redesigns and conversions within the residential / high-rise residential sector.

Building Surveyor Position Overview

Contract administration
Quality management
Party Wall Act surveys and property surveys. Building Surveyor Position Requirements

RICS or CIOB accredited construction degree
3 years post qualification experience, ideally in both new build & refurbishment projects
Managing the client relationship and service delivery on a project by project basis.
Willingness to travel across the UK to meetings and sites
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Full UK driving licence

Building Surveyor Position Remuneration

Car allowance
