About the Role: The Commodity & Trading Manager will be overall responsible for ensuring profitable growth and sustainability. This role is a unique blend of strategic trading, team leadership, and innovation, set within the heart of our mission to revolutionise recycling and waste management across the UK, particularly focusing on the South Yorkshire and North East.

Competitive basic salary of between £40-£50k, reflective of your experience and expertise.

The opportunity to build and manage your own team of regional Commodity and Trading Representatives.
Develop and manage our commodity trading business across the UK.
Cultivate a robust network of customers, securing profitable commodity purchases and sales.
Ensure optimal performance and reporting, aligning with REMONDIS' internal KPIs.
A proven track record in commodity trading, waste management, recycling, or related fields, with at least 5 years of experience.
Strong numerical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a knack for detailed reporting and data analysis.
Working Hours: The working hours are typically from 09:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday??.
Hybrid Setup: Hybrid working arrangement with 2 days in the office. you're becoming part of a team that's leading the way in sustainable waste management and recycling solutions globally.
