As a Data Scientist, you will work as part of a team that designs and implements data science solutions for our customers, providing opinionated view and a consultative approach to drive the best outcome for the customer, using suitable methodology, programming languages and infrastructure, confidently assuming responsibility for technical specifications. Work as part of a multi-skilled delivery team on customer engagements
Work on a variety of businesses and problems, with data of all shapes and sizes
Contribute to open-source projects


Implement data science solutions and support end-to-end pipelines
Apply statistical rigor and computational efficiency in project delivery
Communicate progress and challenges proactively with team and project leads
Travel for work as required


Fluent in SQL (any flavour) for analysis; data modelling, management, DBA experience are desirable
Experienced in applying some of the data science techniques to project work, including data visualisation, package development, machine learning, NLP, Shiny / Dash, optimisation, deep learning, reinforcement learning
Some knowledge of MLOps, implementation experience in MLOps is desirable
Software development experience is desirable
Data architecture knowledge is desirable
API design and deployment experience is desirable
Big data (e.g. 2+ years of data science experience
~ Azure Data Science Associate Certificate is desirable
