One of our clients is a leading Salesforce consultancy who have a small and growing team of seasoned Consultants who are renowned for implementing creative and holistic solutions across various sectors. The executive team has worked hard to cultivate a supportive, energetic culture and they offer fully remote work arrangements.
As a Functional Lead you will be responsible for managing long-term projects with minimal oversight. You will lead a team of consultants monitoring and maintaining adherence to estimates, timelines and milestones.

Working with the business analyst to ensure that requirements are design ready
Working with the designers to ensure design meets the business requirements
Writing user stories and acceptance criteria
Working with the development team to ensure solutions meet business needs
3+ years Salesforce consultancy experience or similar end user experience in a complex environment
~ Hands-on configuration experience
~ Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a particular emphasis on strong communication skills, particularly in a remote work setting.
~5+ Salesforce certifications, Including: Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder, Service Cloud Consultant, Sales Cloud Consultant and specialist areas such as Pardot, CPQ, Experience Cloud, FSL etc.
~ The position will be remote. It offers a competitive salary up to £85K depending on experience. The role comes with a generous benefit package and healthcare.
