Purpose of the Role
Joining our dynamic team in Manchester, Leeds, or London, and reporting to the Head of Property Management, the Senior Lettings Consultant will play a critical role in driving the success of our property rental services. This role is central to managing the onboarding of new landlords, overseeing the re-marketing of relisted stock and new building completions, and targeting growth in landlord fees. You will also be responsible for selling additional products and services to enhance our clients' experience.

Responsibilities
Landlord Onboarding:
Efficiently manage the onboarding process for new landlords, ensuring a seamless integration into our property portfolio.
Provide expert guidance and support to landlords, enhancing their understanding of the rental market and maximizing their returns.

Re-marketing & New Listings:
Take charge of re-marketing relisted properties, ensuring they attract quality tenants quickly.
Manage the marketing strategy for new building completions, from the initial listing to tenant placement.

Sales & Revenue Growth:
Focus on increasing landlord fees by identifying opportunities for added value and upselling additional products and services.
Maintain strong relationships with landlords, understanding their needs and proposing tailored solutions that meet their goals.

Working as a Team
Participate actively in weekly team meetings to monitor performance and share updates.
Collaborate closely with the Lettings team to achieve both personal and team performance targets.

Key Skills Required
Proven experience in a similar role within the lettings market, with a strong focus on sales and client relations.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong customer service orientation with a professional and confident demeanor.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a passion for teamwork.
A valid driving license and access to a vehicle.
