Business Analyst - Asset Management - Glasgow - 6-Month Contract - Inside IR35 - 450PD Are you an experienced Business Analyst with a passion for driving operational excellence? We're looking for a skilled professional to join our client and play a key role in supporting their Enterprise Asset Management System (EAMS) initiative. As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders across the business to capture, validate, and translate requirements into actionable solutions. You'll be instrumental in shaping processes and ensuring alignment between business needs and technical delivery. Plan and prioritise business analysis activities in line with the product roadmap. Elicit, document, and validate business and technical requirements through workshops, interviews, and system analysis. Translate complex business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure shared understanding of requirements and solution intent. Document current ("as-is") processes and operational workflows across asset management functions. Support the Asset Management Register (AMR) audit, including gap analysis and development of an update strategy. Map system dependencies and data integration points across related platforms. Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within asset management or enterprise systems. Experience with process mapping and data integration analysis. Knowledge of change management principles and agile methodologies is desirable. You'll be part of a dynamic team working on a high-impact initiative that will transform how we manage assets across the organisation.
