Duties will involve:

  • Use sales, business development and marketing techniques as well as networking skills to attract business from client companies
  • Resourcing competent and qualified candidates for your projects
  • Day to day management of candidates and clients
  • Responsible for setting client and candidate site meetings
  • Strategizing for future projects
  • Use social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships
