Our client was created in 2021 to develop and operate a new state of the art recycling facility that will be the most advanced in the UK. Utilising AI and robots to produce high quality, valuable recycled materials.

The Technical Account Manager will become an expert in the sector, learning all aspects of the business enabling them to recruit, train and support the best workforce for the business.
Shift Pattern: MON-FRI (subject to review) weekend flexibility required.

Monitoring of employee performance, in particular pick rates, Health and Safety and general conduct.
Drive continuous improvement in pick rates, screen cleaning and housekeeping tasks.
Able to identify changes in material quality and react accordingly to ensure that quality and production is not compromised.
Able to manage and deal with non-compliance and breaches of Health and Safety on shift.
Ensure that site Health, Safety and Environmental standards (including housekeeping) are maintained to a high standard.
Understanding of waste and recycling collection operations is an advantage
Excellent level of English, both spoken and written is essential
Flexible, adaptable approach is essential
