Our Graduate scheme will give you the tools and knowledge to succeed within the B2B sales team. Induction with key areas of our business will provide you with an excellent foundation of business knowledge around our vendors, technologies and customers. You’ll also learn our systems and processes. This will give you the opportunity to absorb and embed our CMS Culture and Values to become successful and develop an exciting career path within one of the below areas:
• Account Management
• New Business Acquisition
• Sales Administration
• Product Management
• Amazon (Etail Sales and Marketing)
Role Responsibilities
Responsibilities
• Learning our key sales enterprise applications: SAP, CRM, Qlikview/Qliksense plus exposure to our marketing platform, Hubspot.
• Learning to process orders through above systems.
• Customer satisfaction: supporting the needs of our customers to exceed their expectations through our various channels including the CMS Store platform.
• Whitespace: Either selling existing vendors to new customers or selling new vendors to new customers.
• Support with sales reports, analysis and data context where necessary.
• Learn about our vendor portfolio, the technology we offer and our value-add proposition to our client base.
• Communication: regularly check-in with customers to update on lead times, new offers, products, incentives.
• Work closely with CMS colleagues (e.g. Vendor Managers, Solutions Team, Marketing, CMS Store etc.) to better understand our vendor portfolio and our value-add services.

• BA/BSc level 2:2 or higher.

• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities & the ability to work well under pressure.

• Good problem-solving skills, with experience in proposing different options and solutions.
