Experienced Butcher

We are looking for permanent Day Shift Butcher for our client who is a successful supplier of meat products, delicatessen and dry goods to the catering industry based in Poole.
39 per hour
40 - 48 hours per week, worked over 5 or 6 days, between Monday to Saturdays.
Saturdays 4am - 11am.
As an experienced butcher you will prepare fresh and frozen meats to a high standard and to individual customer specification for supply to both retail and the catering trade.
Reporting to either a Shift Supervisor or Manager, you will work on a butcher's block in a traditional butchery, as part of a team of production personnel in a shift-based factory environment.
You will be both talented and/or enthusiastic about butchery and ideally have previously worked in fresh meat production for catering establishments.
28 days holiday including Bank Holidays, plus long service days.
