Residential Conveyancing Paralegal Edinburgh, Hybrid Working Full Time, Permanent Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal looking for your next career move? We are looking to strengthen our Residential Conveyancing team with a skilled and motivated Paralegal. You’ll play a key role in supporting clients through the full conveyancing process, from purchase and sale transactions to remortgages. What You’ll Be Doing Acting for clients purchasing new homes and, where applicable, selling their current property Managing the progression of missives and ensuring timescales are met Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including reports on title Liaising with clients, agents, and housebuilders to provide regular updates Handling all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions and post-settlement work (with assistant support available) What We’re Looking For Strong knowledge and experience in residential conveyancing Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented with a proven track record in conveyancing A self-starter who thrives in a collaborative team environment This is a fantastic chance to make your mark in a supportive, high-performing team while enjoying the benefits of a progressive and people-first employer.
