As a Deputy Room Leader at Fennies, you'll have the rewarding opportunity to build strong bonds with parents and children while supporting your team daily. A sound knowledge of Birth to 5 Matters, child development and the EYFS curriculum

A level 2 qualification in Childcare and be actively working towards a level 3 or already have your level 3
Have a minimum grade 4 or grade C in Maths and English GCSE (or equivalent)
To create strong bonds for each child within your room leading an effective key person system, safeguarding, health & safety, confidentiality
