The Service Engineer (SE) has an overall responsibility for the hands on servicing and repair of water treatment equipment, Undertaking scheduled service under their contract and one-off planned service outside of their contract, along with emergency call out activity occasionally outside of normal working hours. You will also be responsible for the repair of customer equipment and the Installation of new equipment where repair is not possible or viable.

Ensure compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental Policies, and adhere to customer site rules and procedures
Undertake planned and unplanned service Perform routine maintenance work including chemical sanitisation
Minimise customer down time by effectively planning and executing the work
Work with CORE projects team and BDM’s to instigate visits
Promote Service contracts and report back new opportunities to line manager
Actively participate in equipment servicing

Relevant Equipment Service work experience desired in an appropriate Electro-mechanical environment, ideally in the water treatment sector.
Willingness to be on call for out of hours emergency work (rota system)

Post holder must hold a full UK Driving licence and must be able to travel and stay overnight as required, including occasional weekend working and on-call rota.
