Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Landscaper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work, possess strong landscaping skills, and demonstrate a keen eye for detail. As a Landscaper, you will play a vital role in transforming outdoor spaces, creating beautiful landscapes, and maintaining the aesthetic appeal of various properties.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of landscaping tasks, including planting, watering, fertilizing, and mulching.
  • Trim, mow, and edge lawns to ensure a neat and manicured appearance.
  • Install and maintain irrigation systems to support healthy plant growth.
  • Prune trees, shrubs, and hedges to enhance their shape and promote growth.
  • Construct patios, decks, sheds, and other outdoor structures according to design specifications.
  • Place tiles and pavers to create pathways, driveways, and decorative features.
  • Build flower beds, retaining walls, and other landscape features to enhance visual appeal.
  • Participate in construction and manual labor tasks as needed to complete projects efficiently.
  • Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment at all times.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and meet project deadlines.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction with completed work.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in landscaping or related field preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of plant care, horticulture, and landscaping techniques.
  • Proficiency in operating landscaping equipment, such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods.
  • Experience with construction and manual labor tasks, such as carpentry, tile setting, and building structures.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a creative eye for landscape design.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
