Job Title: Graphic Designer (12 Months FTC)

Our mission is to become one of the leading lifestyle brands for connected community living. With us, renters can enjoy regular resident events, they can access roof-terraces, cafes, co-working areas, cinema rooms and more.

We're a small, but fast-growing brand, with big ambitions. With over 10 neighbourhoods, each with its own unique brand, this is an incredible opportunity for a designer to engage with different styles and enjoy some creative freedom.

This fixed term contract is to cover maternity leave and will be a part of the wider marketing team.

The candidate will be required to come into the head office in Oxford at least once every two weeks.


Social Media content: Assist in creating eye-catching and on-brand creative that will effectively engage our followers.
Print design: Design a variety of bespoke event posters and signs
Digital marketing: Design promotional assets for multiple platforms (website, socials, Google Ads, Rightmove & more).
Branding design: Work with existing brand guidelines and produce new brand material when required (such as icons, patterns and illustrations)
Branded documents: Brand consistency: Ensure that brand guidelines are always adhered to, both internally and by external suppliers.
Keep up to date with industry trends, design software and tools to maintain a high level of creativity and proficiency.


An impressive online portfolio
Experience designing for both print and digital
Expert knowledge of the Adobe suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign & Premiere Pro
Expert knowledge of print and digital formats (online banner sizes, social media sizes, print-file settings)
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Ability to work to tight deadlines, whilst delivering high-quality content
Highly organised and able to manage a high-volume of projects at the same time
You have experience working for lifestyle and/or property brands
