Passionate about Project Management: Proven experience in project management in financial and banking institutions.
Product Launcher: demonstrated success in managing projects such as delivering financial or banking products to market.
Born leader: capable of leading cross-functional teams, managing multiple projects/priorities in a fast paced environment.
Understanding and experience of financial business model and regulations. (Financial compliance and frameworks)
Relevant qualifications/certifications in project management or related fields.

Drive Core Banking Projects: Take full ownership of managing core banking projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
Partner with cross-functional teamsranging from product development and compliance to marketing, sales, and external partner’s align project objectives and foster a culture of collaboration and success.
Proactive Risk Management: Anticipate and identify potential risks, developing robust mitigation strategies to ensure seamless project execution while adhering to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Strategic Resource Allocation: Lead resource planning efforts, ensuring the right mix of talent and tools are in place to meet project milestones effectively.
Transparent Reporting: Keep stakeholders informed with clear, concise project documentation. Provide regular, insightful updates to Project Sponsors, the Board, and Senior Leadership on project progress, risks, and opportunities.

Salary: up to £70,000 per annum plus an exceptional company benefits package
