A seasoned leader with a proven track record of managing large, complex food processing sites exceeding £100m turnover and 800+ employees.
An astute financial manager with a deep understanding of cost control, budgeting, and investment planning.
An expert in food manufacturing systems, from ingredient sourcing and processing to packaging and distribution.
A logistics maestro, overseeing a seamless supply chain and ensuring efficient delivery of quality products.
Lead the entire site operation, ensuring smooth production, quality control, and safety compliance.
Oversee financial performance, driving profitability and maximizing resource utilization.
Implement and improve food manufacturing systems, enhancing efficiency and productivity.
