This bespoke service enables people with complex needs, autistic spectrum conditions, learning disabilities and mental health needs to lead fulfilling, happy and rewarding lives within a high quality community based setting.
learning disability/autism practitioner
with the ability to develop structured programmes of communication, personalised support and positive behaviour management. You will help to deliver a consistent, person centred service which meets the needs and preferences of individuals.
You will have previous experience, knowledge and a good understanding of working with people with complex needs, learning disabilities and autism. You must be skilled in assessment and support planning, using a variety of methods such as, communication pathways & positive behaviour support strategies. Applicants must possess a clean and valid driving license and have access to a vehicle.
