In this role, you will be a leader and contributor, driving a culture of continuous professional development (CPD) with our global teams in the USA, Bulgaria, and LATAM. Ensure that training programs are in line with an overarching, organization-wide learning and development strategy.
Evaluate the effectiveness of existing training to make improvements as necessary to align globally.
Manage the global learning and development budget and ensure that it is effectively utilized in each local region.
Use digital tools to create flexible and innovative learning programs.
Apply adult learning theories to ensure employees get the most out of their development.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in instructional design, education, or a related field.
~Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
~ Experience with learning management systems and e-learning tools, whether as a developer, project manager, or product owner.
~ Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
~ Ability to analyze data and use it to drive decisions and improvements.
