Position - Project Manager Location - UK Wide - this role will be based at one of our project sites but the ability to be mobile and travel is required

TSL is a leading international technical engineering and construction partner operating across the UK, Ireland, and Mainland Europe. We focus on design and build contracts for end user clients, specialising in the Food, Pharmaceutical, Logistics, Data Centre and Advanced Manufacturing sectors.

The MEP project management function is a key element of our turnkey service, as it enables TSL to offer a responsive, flexible and competitive design approach tailored to our client’s requirements, as well as offering continuity of design from conception throughout construction and final handover of the facility.

The MEP Project Manager is to lead the design and installation of all MEP systems on their assigned construction projects.

Working closely with a team of project planners to develop a sophisticated programme to allow better tracking of installation through to commissioning.
Train and assist staff on the development and creation of the TSL GmbH Data Centre.
Responsible for delivering the M&E work packages in line with the project programme alongside the project team and subcontractors.
Improve team performance and foster improved communication skills within the team.
Provide knowledge, expertise, and experience in Data Centre Projects.


Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in mechanical engineering or closely related disciplines.
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in MEP and project management for high value infrastructure projects in the UK and Europe
