We are seeking an experienced individual capable of leading by example, instilling a culture of quality, and employing lean tools for continuous improvement. This hands-on position requires supervision of a line's performance, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, all contributing to the overall operational excellence of the business.
As a Section Leader, you will play a vital role in supervising the production line for efficiency and quality compliance. Your responsibilities extend to managing inventory and adhering to SQCDME escalation procedures. Your role also involves implementing measures to prevent workplace incidents, ensuring legal compliance, and defining people rotation based on business needs for timely deliveries.
Actively controlling and monitoring production line performance is a key aspect of your responsibility.
As a Section Leader, you are expected to work independently and collaboratively, building strong team relationships. Taking ownership, demonstrating proactive planning, and being responsive to change are integral to your role. Usual working hours Monday to Friday 07.You should be adept at role modelling quality, using lean tools, and supporting colleagues.
