Senior Chef de Partie required for a fresh food kitchen in the Bath area, this is a live-in role, using local produce and a really good range of local ingredients. You will love the produce. Salary is £32000 + service (OTE is around 36-37k a year), great produce, great chance to learn. This role will include all the normal senior chef de partie duties.

Chef de Partie is also required (29k + service).

The Role

We are looking for a senior chef de partie to run a section in the kitchen, you will cook and prep your fridge using local produce. In service you will cook to order. As the kitchen uses seasonal local produce, the chefs work together to create the menus and the menus can change depending on the seasonal produce available. This role will include all the normal senior chef de partie duties.

Experience

We are looking for a senior chef de partie from a fresh food background, you will have good knife skills and able to deal with seasonal produce.

  • Senior Chef de Partie: £32000 + service
  • Chef de Partie: £29k + service
  • OTE: around 36-37k a year
  • 48hr week contracts
  • Location: Bath area live-in
  • Must drive due to the location
