Identify how educational concepts are introduced, scaffolded, and reinforced across learning sequences. Assess pedagogical effectiveness and provide structured feedback grounded in learning theory. Draft clear, well-organized explanations and analyses informed by instructional design principles. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, Curriculum & Instruction, Educational Psychology, or a related field. Strong experience in teaching, curriculum design, or learning development (minimum 2 years). Familiarity with key education theories such as motivation, cognitive development, and scaffolding. Excellent analytical and written communication skills. Strong attention to pedagogical structure, flow, and clarity.
