CBW have an excellent new opportunity for an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join a leading facilities maintenance company. You will be responsible for carrying out small install/reactive maintenance on several commercial contracts around the Central Belt area. This company has a strong portfolio of clients ranging from student accommodation, hotels, restaurants and office buildings to name a few This is also a growing business so a very good time to join for genuine career progression
Monday - Friday 08.30 ( 40 hour week)
Comply with all applicable standards, policies, and procedures, including safety procedures and the maintenance of a clean work area
Carry out all PPM and repairs on A/C unit and AHUs as necessary
Ensure that any difficulties encountered on engineering activities are reported to the Engineering Supervisor/Manager
SVQ level 3 in Air Conditioning
Driving License
Good Knowledge of working as mobile engineer in Local area
Computer literate with good skills in word, excel, email, internet etc
Good knowledge of SHEQ procedures, risk assessments, work permits
25 days annual leave plus 8 days bank holidays
Van / fuel card / mobile phone
