This leading, independent Estate Agency is looking for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their incredible team of property professionals. Passionate about providing exceptional, personal service, this is an excellent opportunity for someone to join an agency that really cares about doing things properly. With a network of 3 branches across South and West Yorkshire, you will be working in the historic village of Mapplewell.

What’s in it for you

  1. £25,000 basic salary (DOE)

  3. Monday to Friday 9:00 am – 5:30 pm and alternate Saturdays with a day off in lieu

What you’ll be doing

  1. Taking incoming enquiries via email, telephone, and online property portals
  2. Arranging and conducting viewings
  3. Arranging and conducting rental valuations
  4. Negotiating offers
  5. Liaising with landlords regarding the marketing of their property
  6. Processing tenancy applications
  7. Preparing inventories
  8. Creating move-in packs
  9. Attending property inspections
  10. Updating systems and utilities companies
  11. Attending move-out appointments
  12. Dealing with bonds and bond disputes
  13. Issuing notices
  14. Dealing with property maintenance

What you will have

  1. Previous experience in Residential Lettings (1 year minimum)
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  3. A genuine passion for the property industry
  4. Customer service and rapport-building skills
  5. A full, clean UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
