This well-established and highly accredited practice are looking to recruit an experienced Private Client Legal Secretary to join their Wills and Estate Planning team.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience dealing with all Private Client matters including the below.

Probate/Estate administration
Tax Advice
Set up and administration of Trusts
Providing full secretarial support including using a digital dictation system to produce correspondence and other documentation related to Private Client matters.
Completion of forms relating to tax i.e., Inheritance Tax.
General team administration including photocopying, faxing, filing and scanning.
Handling telephone enquiries and directing accordingly.
Arranging meeting room bookings/travel arrangements.
Previous Private Client experience is desirable.
Salary depending on experience up to £25,000.
Pension contributions and holiday entitlement.
Work Social events.
Full time in the office Monday to Friday.
