Our client is a leading provider of port crane solutions, specializing in RTG (Rubber-Tired Gantry), STS (Ship-to-Shore), mobile harbour and RMG (Rail Mounted Gantry) cranes. With a commitment to excellence and innovation, they deliver solutions to optimise port operations worldwide.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Port Crane Field Service Engineer to join a dynamic and growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in servicing and maintaining RTG's, STS, mobile harbour and RMG cranes, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

Conduct routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on RTG's, STS, mobile harbour and RMG cranes to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical or hydraulic issues, implementing timely and effective solutions.
- Perform upgrades, modifications, and installations as required to enhance crane performance and functionality.
- Provide technical support and training to customers and onsite personnel to optimize crane operation and maintenance practices.
- Minimum of NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Hydraulic Engineering discipline.
- Proven experience working with port cranes.
- Strong knowledge of crane systems, including mechanical, electrical or hydraulic components.
- Industry certifications or tickets related to crane maintenance and operation (e.g., CPCS, NPORS, IPAF).
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
