This role centres on cultivating strong client relationships, developing and executing business development plans to contribute to the successful implementation of the Institute’s executive education strategy. Client and Business Development Manager: Key responsibilities

Establish and maintain relationships with existing and new client groups to support the development and delivery of high-quality education and leadership development programmes
Work in close collaboration with colleagues to develop both sectoral and market outreach and engagement strategies which enhance the reach and reputation of the Institute
Lead in the development of key commercial arrangements using strong commercial and consultative selling skills
Support the execution of the Institutes’ strategic plan through the delivery of revenue growth in line with performance metrics and budgets.

Client and Business Development Manager: Significant, proven/demonstrable experience in client relations, business development, account management, customer service and expertise in consultative selling, preferably in an executive education or a related field
Comfortable dealing with senior business contacts both internally (including CEO, Director of Finance, Executive Director of Executive Education, Chair of the Board, etc.) and externally within private and public sector organisations across the globe and acting as a bridge between the clients and internal teams
Ability to work effectively in both education and business settings
