Senior Design Engineer


We are currently partnering with a local manufacturing business in Dorset to support their plans for business growth, and part of that is the requirement for more skilled staff including this vacancy for a Senior Engineer.


A crucial role within the business, the Senior Engineer will support the company's growth and continuous improvement.


Key responsibilities as Senior Design Engineer :
Be responsible for assisting with technical and knowledge support within the business for other departments and clients alike.
Be able to conduct thorough stress analysis calculations and reporting, FEA, CFD
Experience as Senior Design Engineer :
Ideally you will have a bias towards mechanical engineering.
Experience as Senior Design Engineer within an engineering business
You must have a solid demonstrableunderstanding of 2d and 3d design and be experienced with stress analysis.
