Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the healthcare sector, proactively seeking out potential clients and partnerships to expand OneCare Platform's market presence and revenue streams.

CRM Management: Maintain a CRM system to accurately record conversations and interactions with clients and prospects, ensuring all relevant information is documented.

Goal Achievement: Efficiently manage workload to meet and exceed set goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPls), driving sales growth and revenue generation.

Industry Awareness: Stay updated on product developments and trends within the healthcare sector, ensuring a thorough understanding of market dynamics and competitive landscape.

Data Management: Handle customer data with the utmost care and respect, adhering to company policies and industry regulations to maintain data privacy and security.

Provide timely and effective support to customers, addressing any complaints or concerns they may have and ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales process.

Brand Promotion: Act as a brand ambassador for OneCare Platform, promoting its values and mission to customers and stakeholders, and enhancing brand awareness and reputation

Event Representation: Attend industry events and networking opportunities to represent OneCare Platform, building relationships with key stakeholders and contributing to the company's visibility and presence in the market.

Demonstrated track record of success in Business-to-Business (B2B) sales, with proven ability to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets

* Minimum of 1 year of outbound calling experience, with a proven ability to engage prospects and drive sales conversations over the phone.

* Basic knowledge of care planning processes and methodologies is preferred, as it enhances understanding of client requirements and enables more effective solution selling

* Excel and CRM Proficiency: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required, along with familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms to manage sales activities and client interactions
