About the Role:

My client is looking for a Senior Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant to lead the delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud projects, with a focus on Core HR and Talent modules. This is a great opportunity for a driven and versatile professional to apply their expertise to large-scale enterprise implementations.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years working with Oracle Cloud HCM.
  • Key Expertise: Full lifecycle implementation of Oracle HCM solutions.
  • Knowledge Areas: In-depth understanding of Core HR, Performance, Goals Management, and Talent Review modules.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to develop innovative and practical solutions.
  • Technical Acumen: Experience with Applications Security, Approvals, and extensibility tools configuration.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Leading workshops to guide clients on best practices and potential challenges.
  • Shaping strategic HCM projects that deliver measurable business benefits.
  • Defining clear objectives, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with the client and delivery manager.
  • Producing detailed and accurate deliverables for configuration, data migration, testing, and knowledge transfer.
  • Building strong, trusted relationships with clients and managing expectations around delivery and scope.
