  • Salary: £35,000 per annum + Bonuses

  • Hours: Full-time - 40 hours per week
  • Monday - Friday
  • Hybrid Role - 2 days on-site, 3 days from home

Role Description: Functional Assessor As a Functional Assessor, you will work independently to evaluate cases for individuals applying for the Personal Independence Payment (PIP) under the Department for Work and Pensions' (DWP) Health Assessment and Advisory Services (HAAS). This role involves conducting consultations and preparing fair and accurate reports. This position offers a unique opportunity to transition from traditional healthcare roles while maintaining and enhancing your clinical registration, skills, and knowledge. There are excellent opportunities for professional growth and career advancement, including roles in Clinical Coaching, Training, and Clinical Support Management. Essential Qualifications Nurses:
  • Qualified Nurse - RGN or RMN or RNLD)
  • Member of the Royal College of Nursing (RCN)
OR Physiotherapists / Occupational Therapists:
  • Qualified Chartered Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist
  • Member of the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC)
  • Member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (MCSP) or College of Occupational Therapists (COT)
OR Paramedics:
  • BSc or Qualified Paramedic
  • Member of the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC)
