Total Security Limited is seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to take the lead as our Head of Payment Strategy. In this pivotal role, you will drive the formulation and recommendation of innovative merchant acquiring strategies, optimize fee structures, and enhance processing systems for our cutting-edge business-to-customer subscription-based online security products. We are looking for a self starter who can make an immediate impact and we would consider employed or contract applications.
Providing support and training to the team.
Liaising with internal departments, ensuring all new and existing products fall within acceptable risk parameters.
Review, implement & manage fraud prevention processes and tools to mitigate risk.
Represent the organisation in various industry and professional forums to promote the value of the company brand.
Implement & maintain processing compliance in line with regulatory and Government policies.
Define and execute a comprehensive and proactive partnership strategy for a portfolio of critical card network partners.
Experience working in a similar role for a large subscription based business would be highly desirable.
Sound knowledge of Visa and Mastercard bankcard operating regulations.
Well-developed financial skills and experience to manage the profitability of the merchant portfolio.
Strong writing and management accounting skills to prepare business cases and strong verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of applications with superior excel skills.
