Job Description

  • Provide expert advice on Intellectual Property law and litigation.
  • Lead and supervise a team of junior associates.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, offering tailored legal advice and solutions.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings related to Intellectual Property disputes.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in IP law and regulations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to protect clients' Intellectual Property rights.
  • Work closely with other senior associates and partners in the firm.
  • Participate in business development and client networking activities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'IP Litigation - Senior Associate' should have:

  • A degree in law, preferably with a specialisation in Intellectual Property.
  • Experience in handling complex Intellectual Property cases.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in representing clients in court proceedings.
  • A client-focused approach and a commitment to delivering high-quality legal advice.
