Completing the Cashbook and bank reconciliation on a weekly basis. Producing and communicating the weekly reports to relevant staff members. Attend weekly progress meeting to update expected legal completion dates. Liaising with solicitors and the sales team to approve completion statements and adhoc requests. Input journals as required and carry out cost investigations as requested. Raise Accounts Receivable invoices as required. Support with collation of Audit data requirements. Regular chasing and reporting of outstanding sundry debtors. Monthly Sales and Marketing cost reviews. Ad Hoc reporting and generation of information to support other departments.
